Privacy & ads consent

LumaVerse contains ads (banner + interstitial via Google AdMob). In the EEA/UK/Switzerland, personalized ads require consent via Google’s UMP/TCF form shown on first launch.

Change ad consent: Open LumaVerse → Profile → Ads privacy options to re-open the consent form. Or use Android Settings → Privacy → Ads → Delete/Reset Advertising ID.
What we show: Adaptive banner at bottom; interstitial only between navigation/actions (max once per ~2 min, never on launch/exit or while typing).

Delete your account

Use the dedicated LumaVerse account deletion page to delete in the app (Profile → Delete my account and private data) or submit a private request without reinstalling. Verified web requests are completed within 30 days. This satisfies Google Play’s deletion requirement (in-app + web).

Troubleshooting

Sign-in

Ensure Google Play services is current, check connection, and try again. Password users can use “Reset password” in the sign-in dialog.

Notifications

Allow notifications in Android Settings → Apps → LumaVerse → Notifications and remove battery restrictions.

Ads not showing / consent form not appearing

Ads need Play services & internet; in EEA, accept/decline the UMP prompt on first launch. Re-open via Profile → Ads privacy options. If you deleted your Advertising ID, only non-personalized ads may appear.

Translation model

Language models are ~30 MB, downloaded once via ML Kit and stored on-device.

Data we process (Play Data Safety)

We disclose in Play Console: Email, Name, Avatar, App activity (likes/comments), Diagnostics (crashes/performance), Device IDs (Advertising ID). Purposes: App functionality, Analytics, Advertising. Encrypted in transit: Yes. Deletion: Yes (link above).
