Delete your LumaVerse account
You can permanently delete your LumaVerse account and associated data either in the Android app or by sending us a deletion request. You do not need to reinstall the app. App: Google Play
Delete immediately in the app
- Open LumaVerse and select Profile.
- Select Delete my account and private data.
- Confirm Delete permanently.
Firebase may require you to sign in again before completing this security-sensitive action.
Request deletion without the app
Email us from the address connected to your LumaVerse account. Include “LumaVerse account deletion” in the subject. We will reply only to verify account ownership—never send us your password. Verified requests are completed within 30 days.

What deletion removes
- Your Firebase Authentication account and private profile.
- Your display profile, saved likes, and private activity history.
- Comments you authored and their public display.
Safety, abuse-prevention, and moderation records may be retained when reasonably necessary to prevent fraud, enforce community safety, or comply with law. They are not used as a public profile. Crash and performance information is not stored as part of a LumaVerse account. See the privacy notice for details.
